EcoHeroes Quest – One-Day Adventure Activity

Overview: EcoHeroes Quest is a high-energy, one-day event designed to engage students in environmental stewardship and empower them to make a positive impact. Through interactive and fun activities, participants learn about sustainability and become champions of change in their communities. At the end of the day, every student will receive an EcoHero certificate and become an active member of the EcoHeroes community. Additionally, one outstanding participant will be selected as the “Eco Champion” of the school, representing their peers as an environmental leader.

Schedule for the Day

1. Introduction & Briefing (30 minutes)

• Implementation:
  • The day begins with an energetic presentation that introduces the EcoHeroes Quest and the significance of environmental responsibility. Students are divided into superhero squads, each tasked with unique environmental missions to accomplish throughout the day.
• Objectives:

2. Activity 1: Carbon Footprint Relay (45 minutes)

  • In this relay race, squads complete challenges that demonstrate the impact of everyday actions on carbon emissions. Activities include sorting recyclables, planting seeds, and pledging eco-friendly habits. Teams earn points based on speed, teamwork, and accuracy.

Every student receives an EcoHero certificate and becomes an active member of the EcoHeroes community. One student is selected as the “Eco Champion” of the school, chosen for their exceptional leadership, passion, and commitment. This Eco Champion will represent the school in future environmental initiatives and will be recognized as a leader in the EcoHeroes network.
