CleanAir Champions Quest – A Gamified Journey for Cleaner Air

Objective
Empower students to become digital activists for clean air by participating in gamified challenges and community-driven initiatives on digital platforms.

Overview
CleanAir Champions Quest is an interactive module that combines the power of technology and gamification to inspire students to take action for better air quality. Through digital adventures, students tackle challenges, complete missions, and collaborate on real-world clean air projects. Every participant will be recognized as a “CleanAir Digital Advocate” and join a community of like-minded peers. The top-performing student will earn the title of “Air Quality Leader” and represent their school in future clean air campaigns.

Schedule for the Day

  1. Welcome & Mission Briefing (30 minutes)
    • Implementation:
      The day kicks off with an introduction to air pollution issues and how technology can help combat them. Students form teams called “Air Alliances” and receive their quest objectives for the day.
    • Objectives:
      • Build awareness of air pollution causes and effects.
      • Introduce the gamified structure of the quest.
    • Impact:
      • Sparks excitement about using technology for environmental advocacy.
      • Provides clarity on the day’s activities and their purpose.
  1. Activity 1: Air Quality Quiz Challenge (45 minutes)
    • Implementation:
      Teams participate in a competitive digital quiz using an online platform. Questions focus on air pollution facts, its effects on health and the environment, and solutions for clean air. Points are awarded for correct answers and teamwork.
    • Objectives:
      • Test and expand students’ knowledge about air quality.
      • Encourage quick thinking and collaboration.

      • Deepens understanding of air pollution challenges.
      • Promotes teamwork and friendly competition.
  1. Activity 2: Virtual Mission – Clean Air Patrol (1 hour)

      The day concludes with an awards ceremony celebrating student achievements. All participants receive “CleanAir Digital Advocate” certificates, and one student is named the “Air Quality Leader,” earning the opportunity to represent the school in regional or national clean air campaigns.
